At Elyscents, we value your satisfaction. Our simple exchange procedure helps you receive the fragrance you truly want.

Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of delivery.

• The item should be largely unused (90% or more remaining).

- The item must be returned with its original packaging.

Exchange  Process:

- Our support team will assist you throughout the process.

- Exchanges are generally completed within 7–14 working days.

Deliver Charges:

- Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- If the product arrives damaged or leaked, we will bear the complete delivery cost.

Sale products cannot be exchanged.
